We have 2 parking passes for the property (must have the parking pass in your car). $100 fee/ pass if pass(es) is not returned at end of trip.

We do not provide any infant items, and the condo is not child proof. You may bring your own items and babyproof/child proof. We DO HAVE cleaning supplies in lower cabinets.

Keypad check-in code will be delivered morning of check-in

I am right up the road if you need anything.

Lots of counter space with a bar area. Cook a full meal or walk over to the pier to eat. Oven, toaster over, microwave, pots, pans, Tupperware, are all provided. Crockpot and coffee maker are available as well as Keurig for hot or iced coffee.

Pool is seasonal and code will be given at check-in. There is a beach front gazebo or just enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise on the large, covered porch. Enjoy the view from the outdoor 4-person table and chairs and a two-seater with small, attached table - all bar height for a clear view to the ocean while eating. Watch the sunset from the master bedroom porch overlooking the marsh - west facing.

There is a fire escape ladder in the master bedroom closet. First aid kit is in master bedroom closet.

We do not provide any child items except plates, cups, and silverware. We DO HAVE cleaning supplies in lower cabinets and the condo is NOT child proof - no locks on cabinets, no outlet covers. But if you are ok with that then we are too.

No events or parties allowed - maximum 6 people in condo.

NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. There is a $500 fine for smoking/vaping.

You have 3 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, PlayStation 4 with an assortment of games. 2 wireless phone charges are located in kitchen and master bedroom. Cable TV is available on the living room smart tv.

You can see and hear the waves and beach from the kitchen, living room & large covered front porch.
